Secret Speakeasy

One upon a time I dreamed of having a bar of only black music (i am a big fan of music specially black beats) the opportunity arrived and me and some friends opened a jazz bar. This is the project where I got to be more my self, ideas were so organic and everything came natural…. Like from the soul, you know? This special hot spot you enter from a secret door and it makes you feel you are somewhere else other than in Merida.

The back bar is from recycled windows and found vintage objects, most of the decoration are antique old books and old lamps. 

The menu is a kind of illustrated catalog to research your favorite cocktail. 

Every illustration is hand made with ink

I can honestly say that with this project I discovered a true creative potencial in my self and gained confidence for my artist path.
